Our range of training positions and job opportunities is specifically tailored to young women with special support needs. The focus is on creating supportive and nurturing work environments that enable our learners to successfully launch a career in the hospitality industry after completing their training with us. As part of an IV measure to obtain initial vocational training, the trainees are supported by professional external coaching while we concentrate on professional training in our operations.

We create jobs for women from vulnerable target groups and support them on their path to the primary labour market. We also offer work training, internships and trial work placements – in close collaboration with selected organisations.
