Integration initiative

Assisted workplaces

At Alma Hotel and Hotel Marta we enable women facing challenging circumstances to re-enter the professional workforce. The facilities provide part-time jobs for mentally or cognitively impaired women. Part-time employment and vocational training options are also available.

For these women, assisted employment is an opportunity to secure a permanent position or receive training that enables them to re-enter the mainstream labor market.

Contributions from the public sector are used to cover the additional expenses involved in supporting and assisting women with impaired abilities.

Detailed information about the integration initiative can be requested from

Esther Humm, Head of Integration, by phone at +41 44 389 20 92 or email at esther.humm@sinnundgewinn.ch
